I have a habit of getting more attached to animals than people. I find that animals are far more honest, and that they judge a person by their personal qualities: not by the way they look/dress or the music they listen to.

I have a  three year old Staffordshire Bull Terrier called Archie. He is crazy (but that goes without saying when it comes to staffies), yet ironically enough it is he that keeps me sane. He was around when I was at my worst (health wise), so his friendship is the one constant friendship I have really had.

Eventually there will be some recent pictures of him on here. I just have to wait until I can catch him while he's still... and behaving himself. He is a bit of a poser whenever he sees a camera etc.

Archie

Well here is a picture of Archie when he was little. As you can tell, I look this picture, lol. Its a little blurry as he had just pawed the camera and made me fall backwards.

This is Archie. I'm not in the best of moods with him at the moment because he woke us all up at 3:00 am this morning and made us all think we were being broken into. Of course were weren't being broken into he had probably farted in his sleep and woke up frightened. Might put more about him up later...

Archie has been able to jump up onto our kitchen tops for a while now, and he is starting to do it more often now. He keeps trying to steal food my mum is in the process of preparing, which doesn't really bother me all that much; because he is only really interested in meat, and since I have been a vegetarian since I was 5, this doesn't really affect me. At the rate he's going now, I think he has a better chance of eating the turkey my family are having for xmas then anyone else....

which he did, but that was after our christmas dinner. So my family just had to go without turkey sandwiches on Boxing Day, lol.

Casper

This is Casper, my first dog. He died on the 8th April 2001. He was only 10 months old when he died. He had gone to the vets to have some X-Rays and didn't come round from the anaesthetic. He had problems walking, so he might have had to be put down anyway, but it still hurt a lot.

Here is Casper (on the left) and my grandads dog Chopper. For once they were getting on... since they are both male they tend to fight. So there aren't many pictures of them together.

To the left you will see a picture of Archie, my current dog. Here he is rolling around in the grass as he often does, trying to get his harness off. Again, not a very good picture of him, sorry.
